Her name, chosen by herself before the age of two, embodies her commitment to authenticity and self-acceptance. Nid believes in finding purpose in each healing experience and shares this gift with others through her unique approach to wellness and self-discovery.At Neighbourhood Yoga, Nid offers weekly Yoga Fusion on Wednesdays (and Saturdays from January 2025) to relax, centre, and awaken your body for smoother, more effortless movement, inspired by yoga, fascial fitness, Pilates and more. She also brings 5 Elements Dance and Breathwork each month to process the emotional ups and downs of life and make space for a full-body reset. Nid will guide you to align with your most authentic self through your body and breath along with a smile. Bridget is a pregnancy and postnatal movement specialist with a passion for helping women feel strong, confident, and supported through every stage of motherhood. With a background in mat Pilates, reformer Pilates, personal training, and barre, she combines a science-based approach with a down-to-earth, supportive style.Her classes are warm, engaging, and fun, blending safe, effective movement with a welcoming atmosphere. Bridget believes that exercise during pregnancy should be empowering and accessible, helping women build strength, ease discomfort, and prepare for birth with confidence. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced mover, her sessions provide a space to connect with your body and feel your best.

Sam is a deeply intuitive guide with a heart dedicated to creating spaces for connection and transformation. With over 25 years of practising yoga, meditation, and shiatsu bodywork, Sam has enjoyed working with the broader community — from teenagers in school to clients with dementia, professional athletes and local communities - bringing a blend of expertise, enthusiasm, and compassionate guidance.
Traditional yoga practices and meridian yoga therapy are seasonally attuned, using the time-honoured wisdom and technology of both Oriental and Ayurvedic medicine.
You will experience a holistic practice including conscious movement, pranayama, relaxation, meditation and therapeutic touch. She integrates Shiatsu therapy, partner-based techniques, and sound to restore balance and energy, peace and vitality.
With a wealth of knowledge and an uplifting presence, every session becomes both grounding and expansive.
Her teaching honours ancient traditions while remaining accessible and meaningful in today’s world, empowering you to cultivate a deeper connection with yourself and the world around you.

Meet Anna! Anna has a long history in the Health and Fitness Industry, originally trained in her early 20's as a Personal Trainer, Group Exercise and Spin Instructor. Some years later, after a stint in the corporate world, she found her passion in Pilates and went on to gain her Certificate IV in Pilates before the birth of her first child. 10 years on, Anna continues to expand her knowledge through continuous education/training and self practice. Most recently completing her Studio/Rehab qualification through Polestar Pilates.
