  • Liv is a dedicated Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative Yoga teacher, bringing a unique blend of yoga and life experience to her classes. Her background in gymnastics and dance, along with the wisdom gained through recovery from injuries, has guided her toward a yoga practice that balances energy and rest. Also a Birth Doula, Liv welcomes pregnant women to join her classes, offering a safe, joyful, and supportive environment.

    In her Thursday evening class at Neighbourhood Yoga, Liv begins with a revitalising vinyasa flow to energise and awaken the body, followed by a soothing restorative practice that leaves students feeling refreshed and ready for deep rest. Join Liv in this weekly ritual and experience a blend of movement, calm, and community in the beautiful Neighbourhood space.

  • Imogen is a certified Yoga Alliance teacher with extensive training in Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Aerial yoga. Her deep passion for yoga, meditation, and healing methods has taken her on a global journey, weaving together wisdom from diverse traditions.

    At Neighbourhood Yoga, Imogen fosters a warm, non-judgmental environment where every student feels safe, supported, and encouraged. She’s dedicated to uniting individuals from all walks of life, creating a welcoming community where each person’s unique strengths are celebrated. Imogen believes yoga is about honoring what we can do, creating a journey of self-discovery, connection, and well-being.   • Meet Nid—a warm, playful spirit and intuitive guide on life’s journey. Nid delights in sensory experiences and embraces the art of balancing life’s challenges with joy. Her name, chosen by herself before the age of two, embodies her commitment to authenticity and self-acceptance. Nid believes in finding purpose in each healing experience and shares this gift with others through her unique approach to wellness and self-discovery.

    At Neighbourhood Yoga, Nid offers weekly Yoga Fusion on Wednesdays (and Saturdays from January 2025) to relax, centre, and awaken your body for smoother, more effortless movement, inspired by yoga, fascial fitness, Pilates and more. She also brings 5 Elements Dance and Breathwork each month to process the emotional ups and downs of life and make space for a full-body reset. Nid will guide you to align with your most authentic self through your body and breath along with a smile. With a gentle yet insightful approach, she empowers individuals with tools to embrace self-love, positivity, and joy, creating a space for transformative growth and connection.   • Thalia is a certified 200-hour Qi Gong and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) instructor, as well as a Yoga Alliance certified 200-hour teacher, trained in the Himalayan foothills of Rishikesh.

    As a Qi Qong, Meditation and Healing Arts Guide she investigates energy, inter-connections and nature's patterns and reflections through breath, movement, sound and self-expression. During her Qi Gong workshops and sessions she shares postures, forms, prescription breaths and the practice of embodiment. Guiding participants through ancient and science-based, self-regulating techniques to live better in our bodies and experience life in harmony. 


    She believes Qi Gong has real modern day benefits, to balance our mental, physical, spiritual and emotional bodies. She hopes to share the benefits of this energy medicine and explore the quantum realm of mechanics and physics and Dao concepts such as ying and yang, to best support her community. Thalia also holds unique meditation and live music workshops.


  • Mia is an ocean-loving, sunshine-seeking yoga enthusiast with over a decade-long personal yoga practice. Specialising in Vinyasa, Hatha, and Ashtanga, Mia combines strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in her teaching. Her journey began with yoga as a healing balm for both mind and body, coming from a background in competitive sports. She brings a blend of science and soul to her sessions, thanks to her degree in Sport and Exercise. Mia’s passion for creating an inclusive, welcoming space makes her classes accessible and uplifting for all.
